1. Who We Are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and platform, including but not limited to: Online Visibility Optimization, Reputation Management, Business Email, Website Builder, Dedicated Business Phone Number, Customised Customer Service, Content Creation, Personal Graphic Designer, Personal Marketer, SEA Advertising, Social Media Advertising & Management, Accountant services, Legal Support, and Custom Services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for businesses and professionals acting in the course of trade, profession, or business (B2B). By using our Services, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Account Registration

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Description of Services

We offer a range of business support services, which may be provided directly by us or facilitated through trusted third-party partners. Service details, scope, and deliverables for each individual service are described on the relevant service page and/or in your order confirmation or service agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Some Services (such as Accountant or Legal Support) may involve referral to or coordination with independent third-party professionals. We are not responsible for the professional advice, conduct, or outcomes delivered by such third parties, though we aim to work only with vetted, reputable partners.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices for our Services are listed on our website or provided in a custom quote and are stated in euros (€), exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.

Payments are processed securely through our designated third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you agree to that processor's applicable terms in addition to ours. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

Subscription-based Services renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled in accordance with Section 7, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All fees are due as specified at checkout or in your invoice. Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection costs in accordance with Dutch law.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Respond to reasonable requests for content, approvals, or feedback in a timely manner

7. Cancellation & Termination

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content, software, designs, and materials created or provided by us as part of the Services remain our intellectual property, or that of our licensors, until full payment is received, at which point applicable usage or ownership rights transfer as described in your specific service agreement.

You retain ownership of content and materials you provide to us for use in delivering the Services.

9. Liability

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
